The Abar–Zamunzian War

fantasywarworldbuildingA war told day by day, from a chancery
Didyia is an invented world on a map generated with Azgaar's Fantasy Map Generator; nothing here is real. The map lists two wars on the Kingdom of Zamunz that are still open in its present year, 775: the Khanate of Khuld's, since 771, and the Abar Empire's, which starts this year. This timeline tells the year of both from the chancery of the Thearchy of Slalt, the one realm asked to bless a side.
What to look at
Day precision in a custom calendar. Every date is a day of the Tideshell Reckoning; the three dates on Tide Rest are the day that belongs to no month, when both armies stop.
A layer per front. Layer 1 is the southern front, where Abar besieges Khundushur; layer 2 the northern front, where Khuld's riders take Zamunz's towns; layer 3 the sea; layer 4 the chancery at Nishjiss, whose dispatches contradict one another.
The map view places each event at its town; the two armies meet at Nunul, on layer 2.
Item relations: caused and led_to chain the first days of the war, two accounts of Bamunzdus contradict each other, and the Tide Rest on each front is the same event as the other.
Across timelines: the Thearchy's own history leads into this chronicle; see The Thearchy of Slalt, from the Covenant to 775.
Entities for the realms, towns and people; the Thearchy's orders are a custom kind, and its ties to the empire a custom relation.
